Hi Everyone,

I have a problem with the JDE server manager of one of my clients.

I have applied quite a few solutions from the support but nothing works!

If you can watch too! Possible that I omitted something. Below, a little more explanation:

Problem : like Doc ID 2656200.1

Server Manager (9.2.1.4 --> 9.2.4.1) : OS Windows Std 2016, JDK 1.8 (jdk-8u241)

Server Ent : RHEL 7.5 JDE 9.2.4.1, JDK 1.8 (jdk-8u241) 32bit

Solutions from Oracle support :

Can someone help me get out of there?
