how do i to connect quantum qgis to oracle autonomous transaction database ?

Hi,

I have configured on free oracle cloud a ATP (Autonomous transaction processing ) database and create and schema with tables with SDO_GEOMETRIC objects , then i use qgis to manipulate the spatial objects but i cant connect to the database because the definition of the connection is only host:port:service_name.

I dont know much about oracle cloud but i supose that exists an option to create a secure tunnel to connect native third party application
