AP Check signature image not getting printed using dynamic image insertion method

Product: EBusiness Suite - AP Module - BI Publisher image print issue

Version: R12.1.3

We have AP checks print signature using dynamic image insertion technique of XML/BU publisher. Which was working from many years.

But recently with TLS patch update this suddenly stopped working.

URL we use for dynamic image insertion is:

url:{concat ('${OA_MEDIA}','/US/check_signature.gif')}

Any idea about what could have went wrong.
