EBS 12.1.3 HRMS ESS Document Delivery Preference Java Error

This may be more for an SR but thought I would start here.

We are making use of the Document Delivery Preferences for employees to select how they wish to receive their W2. In all truth we only want them to be able to select Paper if that is what they want. Found out that if you deselect Online from there that it removes all of your W2 (past and present) from Employee Self Service all together.

So to take some confusion out of the mix I would prefer to have employees only see the paper option in Delivery Preferences I hid the online option in ESS by setting Rendered to False. When accessing the Delivery Preferences after this is done I get the following Java error.
