Job Compensation row is not defaulting in when coming through Smart HR.

After PUM 35, when we are having an issue with the job compensations coming forward from the previous row. We enter an active employee in the Smart Hire template to transfer. The template is set to push the employee to Manage Hires for processing. In Manage Hires, when entering Job Data the new hourly compensation value is there but the percentage rate code that is on the previous effective date is not coming forward. This prior to PUM 35 used to work. I have replicated this in the DEMO PUM35 database and filed an SR with Oracle but
