How can we add new licenses?

We have been trying to add 10 new licenses for CRM On Demand for the past MONTH! We had to reduce them during COVID because the whole country of Panama was basically closed by the government. This included our business. Now we are starting back up again and expanding back to where we were.

We need these licenses now.

Just before COVID, we were working with Oracle to migrate to newer systems, which we still plan on doing in 2021 as long as things go well. However, if this is the type of service we can expect, then we will start looking at other companies.
