T4 PDF does not merge the output of sub requests into 1 file

Hi,

As a pre year-end test, when the T4 PDF program has been run in a recently upgraded 12.2 Oracle instance, the program submitted 250+ "Sub Request: (PDF Dcoument Stream Printing)" programs and eventually did not merge the outputs to 1 file. The XDO config file was checked for the "pdf-stream-divider-max-output-size" and is set to 1024000000.

Any pointers as to why all the outputs were not merged to 1 file?
