Oracle XDB 12c WebService Issue

Hello Everyone,

I have opened a SR with Oracle that does not seem to be going everywhere after 21 days of back and forth, hence I am seeking a help here in this forum.

We have implemented Oracle XDB in our Oracle 12c database which runs on Oracle Cloud using following links.

We have a need to bring a third party cloud data - Service Now, into Oracle. We plan to do this via XDB Webservice calls which ServiceNow will need to trigger to push data from their end into Oracle. The way this solution should work is outlined in bullets below.
