Server Manager Runtime Metrics

Dear Community,

Sometimes we observe that (for some unknown reasons) that the Enteprise Server does not list the runtime metrics of an instance. Usually if we reboot the server the metrics comes back. However rebooting the server may not be possible during business hours. I have tried restarting just the Server Manager Agent but that did not help. Even tried the SM Console reboot.

Wanted to check if there are any tricks to get back the metrics without a hard reboot of the server?
