how we can create workflow using Oracle field service Cloud ?

We need to build a simple workflow like if the output for the submitted form is A then reporting to Employee # 1 and if the output for the submitted form is B then reporting to Employee32, how can we do it ? how can we control the output after filling the form? how can we send report automatically to employees as per forms‘ s output ?
