Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How the Oracle calculate quantity issue for material during Discrete Job completion?

We noticed certain material quantity issued was not same as quantity required.

Would like to understand how the Oracle calculate the quantity issue.
