Hello

We have a 2 node 12cR2 RAC database running on Exadata

One +ASM instance is servicing multiple database instances

Here is the current utilization

Now what we are tying to determine is that do we really only have 630 GB available to us? Or in reality we have more?

It is showing the size as 295 TB out of which 277 TB is shown as used. That means we should have 18 TB available and even if we account for triple mirroring / high redundancy / having 3 copies of each extent available, the available space should be 18/3 = 6 TB. So why is it showing 30 GB instead?

What are we missing here?
