How to purge the dba_recyclebin automatically?

Hi Team,

I would like to know how to purge the dba_recyclebin in Oracle automatically. We can create a job and trigger it, however, we would like to do it from within Oracle.

Is there any readily available process [plsql procedure] or scheduler in Oracle 12c to purge the recycle bin at a defined frequency which we can make use of. Please suggest.
