In Unifier 19.12.10, update auto-populate data element

We have a non-workflow BP (Project Information) that contains one record per shell. One of the data elements (Contract Admin Title) on the action form is set to auto-populate to a constant value(Director).. I have updated the constant value to a new value(Vide President) on the project shell template; however, I have hundreds of existing shells that need the value updated as well.

Short of using web services to update, is there any other way to update since the auto-populate rules out bulk edit?
