Process multiple EDI files EDI injector batch (ReIM 14.1.3)

Can EDI injector batch consume multiple files at the same time? We tried by placing multiple files in a directory and passed the directory as an argument, however it is giving 'index out of bound' error. Any idea is it even possible?
