Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How oracle calculate quantity issue for each material during assembly completion

This is regarding Work In Process.

We noticed certain material quantity issued was not same as quantity required.

Would like to understand how the Oracle calculate the quantity issue.
