Is it safe to run Oracle rac on NVMe-OF that does not support TAS?

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) Question

We are testing the performance of oracle running on NVMe-OF and found that our storage which base on NVMe-OF does not support TAS(test and set) instructions. Will this cause data loss or any other problems?

The Environment detail is：Oracle rac 11.2.0.4 deployed based on redhat 7，use ASM to store clusterware files and database files.

And what are the characteristics of the disk that composes ASM disk group? We did not find any description other than quantity and size on the deployment document.
