Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is it possible to use a catalog with rman on an AWS RDS instance?

I'm puzzled as to how I would register an RDS instance and how I could run the sync command after running the AWS rman procedures for backup.
