SPARC T5-2 NET-SNMP not returning values

I have two live SPARC T5-2 Servers and both always returned the results from SNMP queries until recently when 1 of the host stopped reporting results, mainly the following are ones we are monitoring that no longer return values on the one host.

There is no response from .1.3.6.1.4.1.42.2.2.6.1.1.7.6. However when walking the MIB .1.3.6.1.4.1.42.2.2.6.1.1.7 (singlesystem.1.1.7) on the good host returns 1850 objects while the bad host returns 12 objects as shown in the last 2 captures.
