Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When I run ps -ef|grep tns some listeners show -no_crs_notify -inherit others just show -inherit.

NAME_LSNR -no_crs_notify -inherit

NAME2_LSNR -inherit

what do the these appended notes mean -no_crs_notify and -inherit?
