Extra Respond to Prompts Screen when running Hyperion Reports

When I try to run a Hyperion Report I get the normal respond to prompt screen, then I get another respond to prompt screen that is blank, and I have to click on "x" to close that window to get the report to run. Does anyone know why this is happening? (This happens in internet explorer and firefox, only to me, not to other users).
