Can Orchestration replace Business Services?
Hi Mentors,
My Client is on Tools release E1 9.2.3.6 and they use Orchestration widely. Unfortunately they don't have BSSV servers yet installed and functioning. I was reaching out to you to understand, if we can use Orchestration as a replacement to BSSV. We need to get xml data from Customer via a middleware and eventually create cases (Service Management Module). Also we need to trigger some xmls like shipment notification / receipt notifications at a certain stage. Can we use Orchestration to perform above functionalities?
Below is the detail design i was thinking to implement;
- Create few custom tables to store the data we shall receive form customer as well as what we shall trigger to the customers.
