pin_ctl.conf file is not generated after running the pin_75_75ps23_upgrade.pl

Upgrading the BRM 7.5 patch set from BRM 7.5PS16 to BRM 7.5PS23(patchset No :30343682)

while upgrading the BRM 7.5 patch set schema on single-schema systems:

Runned the script pin_75_75ps23_upgrade.pl in the path BRM_home/setup/scripts. But the pin_ctl.conf file is not generated in /brmapps/portal/7.5/bin path(Expected to be generated).

Files generated after running the perl script pin_75_75ps23_upgrade.pl is
