Random MWA / MSCA authentication issues

Hi,

we have quite random authentication issues with the MWA server for our Mobile Supply Chain Applion for WMS. After some time some users cannot sign in anymore (Error: "Authentication Failed"). Sometimes they just have to wait a bit and sometimes the session is to be killed or the MWA server need to be bounced in order to re-set the sessions. The users normally sign-in and -out properly with the mobile App and the session time out on MWA side is 60 minutes. Also the network seems to be stable.

Did anyone faced issues like this? Do you have any hints which MWA config or user setup could cause that issue? As of know we cannot see any pattern in this behaviour. It happens 3 or 4 times a day for different users (~ 40 active users).
