exclude MV's on import

Hello All,

I am trying to import a 12.2 instance into a 19c instance and I keep getting a fatal error due to timeouts on MV builds. I am trying to exclude them from the import and then import them after the initial import. Oracle has not made it very easy. I am doing a full import.

My questions Is this parameter only importing those users? schemas=user1,user2,user3 do i need to append this list with the owner? exclude=table:"in ('ALL_DIST_MV','MV_2,'MV_PRODUCTS','MV_SERVICE_REQ','MV_DATA')"
