RDF v16.0.3.170: Ways to ignore sales in 2020

Hi As everyone has probably seen for 2020 - the sales patterns are off for a lot of the products.

I have a few questions around this

How can I setup RDF to maybe make it ignore sales in 2020?
We have a 2+1+2 calendar. Currently it has 2018 through 2022
Is there benefit in retaining Sales from 2018. Will any of the forecast methods benefit from there being 3+ years of history?
