TAX106CN Error when run

Has anyone run the new TAX106CN yet? We are on v9.2, and I set up the new Earning and Special Accumulator codes as per the 20-E documentation. I set up the run control and ran the process, but it ran to an Error run status, with the following in the .out file:

Our IT support is going to put a SR in, but I wanted to see if anyone else had any issues with this.
