Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. is there a downside with not closing inventory period exactly on midnight of last day?

we have multiple inventory organizations across the globe.

is there a downside in not closing inventory periods on last day exactly midnight?
is there a downside in closing all of them in server time zone (corporate office)?

Looking for improvements in the process during upgrade to Oracle EBS 12.2.9
