Windows 10's "Hybrid Shutdown" supported by Oracle Database?

With Windows 10 (or even with Windows 8) the so-called "Hybrid Shutdown" (aka. "Fast startup") was introduced.

What is Oracle's advice on this feature? Is it compatible or should one have it disabled?

We run Oracle Database SE 18.3.0.0.0 on a Windows 10 box (with Hybrid Shutdown active) and it seems that there might be an issue in certain situations with that.
