ORA-00314: log 3 of thread 1, expected sequence# 12 doesn't match 69376

I have an oracle database running on the windows server 2000 operating system, after corrupting the operating system, I recovered the disk C: (OS), but when i try to open/startup the database it does not open whith the following error:

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-00314: log 3 of thread 1, expected sequence# 12 doesn't match 69376

ORA-00312: online log 3 thread 1: 'C:\ORACLE\ORADATA\SMAC\REDO03.LOG'
