Business ruleset taking much longer to run

We recently migrated our application from Essbase on Linux to Windows. The old Planning env is windows Planning server 2008 version 11.1.2.4.009. The new Planning env is entirely Windows 2012 version 11.1.2.4.009. When we run our business rules or rule set, it is taking 4x as long in the new Prod env. Yet, when the same business rule or ruleset is run in the Windows 2012 Dev env, the run time is comparable in time to the old/original env.

What could be the reason for this result?
