Haz Mat shipping/storage in item master F4101

Currently, we are using the Storage/shipping fields in P4101, which resides in table F4908 to populate certain fields on our BOL for hazardous materials. Field F4908.UNNA is populated and should have a corresponding description that goes with this number that is a standard. In my attachment, 3259 should always have a description that says "AMINES, SOLID, CORROSIVE, N.O.S. (ALKYLAMINE DERIVATIVES). So, my question is, does JDE have any table or application where the description of UNNA are stored

? Again, these descriptions from my understanding are an industry standard where for ex; 3259 means the same throughout all supply chain. It will not change from company to company.
