how to show job-related roles in Role LOV when creating team roles?

The Project assistant used 'Named Resource' and select employee name when adding new resources in the workplan.

When creating team role under Workplan --> Resource Usage tab, roles listed in Role LOV does not include the ones that are job-related (ie. Cost Management.5).

Kindly advise what drives the display of Roles list of values under Resource Usage when creating team roles.
