Federal wages on W-2

Good afternoon,

I am on Enterprise One looking at W-2 information for 2020. I have associates that have wages in more than one state, so they have two W-2's, but the federal wages are not shown on either one. They both have a message that it is on another form. Is there something in my setup that isn't correct?
