Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What would cause a 457 Roth deduction to exceed the Federal IRS limits?

We are running Oracle EBS Payroll, R12 version.

During the most recent payroll run:

Employee with 457 Roth catchup (General and Retirement) exceeded the IRS limit of $39,000.
