Can I integrate oracle database users/logon with Okta similar to Microsoft AD

Hi,

I want to know if I can use Okta similar to Microsft AD for centralized database authentication ? If yes, can somebody point me to the white paper or documentation on configuration changes needed on both OKTA and Oracle side.
