20E Has anyone run into this issue? PY_FFCRA_LD process ran to no success due to unique constraint

We've applied tax updates 20-ABCDE. Has anyone run into the same issue? App Engine PY_FFCRA_LD ran to no success due to unique constraint on an Employee that has negative and positive earnings, which are a wash and shouldn't be selected at all. It's trying to insert the positive lines only thus there are two rows with the same selected data and it fails. Since the checks are confirmed we can't manipulate the data to workaround it.

I created a Severity-1 Oracle case; SR 3-24722255351 : Tax Update 20E 9.2 - PY_FFCRA_LD process ran to no success - FFCRA DATA RECORD LOAD PROGRAM.
