Is there a way to autopopulate Revised contract line item values to a change commit BP?

The use case i am trying to address is to populate the revised contact line item Amount to a Change commit BP.

a. System doesn't allow to fetch from Line Item Picker. The Line item picker is only able to fetch original contract line items.

b. DE: uuu_sovlinum, DD: Commit Line Item Picker Doent not allow auto population.

Is there any way to populate the revised contract line item values to Change commit Business process?
