ORA-20001: HR_7444_BAL_FEED_READ_ONLY error while creating balance feed from API

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered ✓

While trying to created a balance feed of a balance from API - PAY_BALANCE_FEEDS_API.create_balance_feed, getting error "ORA-20001: HR_7444_BAL_FEED_READ_ONLY".

System: Oarcle 12.1.3 (Australian Legislation)

Can someone help me why this error is coming.
