Issue with number format (WebADI)

Hi,

We are using webadi to load data in custom table in oracle ebs. In the excel file number value is for e.g. 2.56 but in oracle table it is getting uploaded as 2,56 (. is getting replaced with ,). This is happening for a particular user only, but if i am trying to upload the data from my system even using that users credentials , it is working fine. Could anybody please suggest.
