Price override flag in F4211 is getting updated

Hi Team,

i want to know what are scenarios or case when price override flag gets updated in F4211.

As i created a order and when i changed the lot and location i see that flag got updated so is there any processing option in P4211 that is why it is getting updated or if location lot is changed that flag gets updated?
