Absence Management - Fluid - executive summary
Wondering If anyone has a high level executive summary style pros vs cons or fit gap document mapping out the differences between Base Benefits Leave Accrual & Absence Management they would be willing to share.
I realize this is a little like comparing a ham sandwich to a full service restaurant, they both involve food / leave, but other than that?
We are on 9.2 and use Payroll for North America and time and labor and hoping to move to absence management next year.
