Error: "Can't Reach This Page" when open Oracle EBS Demo

Hello,

I Install Oracle EBS Vision Demo on Oracle Cloud, the installation is successful. but when I start oracle application it took 10 minutes to start and when the application start successfully I go to webpage to login to the application, And this Error "Can't Reach This Page" showed. Any Idea why this happen? I have terminate the cloud instance and re install the application again but no luck.

Please Advise.
