Poor Performance of Fluid Punch Timesheet Through Manager Self Service

We are experiencing poor performance when accessing the Fluid Punch Timesheet in MSS. The performance issue seems to be related to the function FluPunchTS_ColumnHeaders() in the TL_PCH_TIME_FLU PeopleCode.

Bug 31758560 has been created by Oracle but to date there is not a solution. Has anyone had this same issue and if so what was your solution?
