Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Need answers about cloud planning analytics

1) Does cloud planning need any additional analytics tool such as OAC( Oracle Analytics Cloud) or does it have sufficient in-built analytics ?

2) If it needs additional OAC , can a single OAC works for all other fusion applications like SCM, HCM work with single OAC?
