Incorrect rate for Oregon Worker's Compensation Fund (WBF)
The Workers’ Benefit Fund (WBF) assessment rate in 2020 is 2.2 cents per hour worked.
However Oracle is calculating tax as gross wages x .0244% instead of hours x $0.022. Please find out where calculation table resides in system. It should be zeroed out if not working.

$442,363.06 / 10,812.2 = 0.024441914%
We found the following form, but it seems the rates here are used for something else. Where could we modify the rate 0.024441914% to 2.2 cents per hours worked?
