In JDE 9.2, How to set up PDBA and AAI's code?

We want to set up a PDBA code that creates an entry of a flat amount on the first payroll of each month. The amount doesn't effect the employees pay check, it is only for us on the back end of the process so we can keep track of the liability. Also how do i set up the AAI's?
