Database Upgrade into 19.9 under WIndows : datapatch returns ORA-00060

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) 3 comments

Hello,

My PC runs under Windows 10 Professional Edition 64 bits, under the last version 20H2 (19042.685).

I have an Oracle 19.8 Database, and I tried to upgrade it into 19.9 release, using the last patch 31719903 - Windows Database Bundle Patch 19.9.0.0.201020

Opatch apply runs perfectly.

Unfortunately, datapatch -verbose returns this error : ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource

So I try to find a corrective patch for this error.
