Siebel Migration Application Connection Failure

Dear Experts,

We have Siebel 20.2 and we are using the Siebel migration application to deploy our releases between the development environment and the test environment. In the beginning, we were using DB authentication for both source & target environment using the SADMIN user with a similar password for both environments, and the connections & the migration were working properly, then we change the target environment to use the LDAP authentication with a new SADMIN password, and after that, the target connection becomes not active.

I would appreciate your suggestions on how to fix this issue and what are the recommended settings to use in our case.
