Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. EDI 820 in place of EDI 823

Hi ,

Our bank informed us that they will not transmit EDI 823 anymore, but just forward the EDI 820 transmitted by customer.

I'm still waiting for the full details from the business. Meanwhile I would like to understand If we can use EDI 820's in place of EDI 823.

It seems the old bank was combining all the EDI 820's that they receive from the customers and transmitting one EDI 823 to us.

Do we need to load 820 information to new tables? need to use new interfaces or process if replace EDI 820 in place of EDI 823?
